Dottie's World Challenge - Stitching

It's Adele's turn to set the Dottie's World challenge this week. She wants us to incorporate some stitching onto our creations along with one of the Charmed downloads, that's not difficult task for me because I love to use stitching on my cards.

Here's what I came up with ....

I used Berry sweet papers to piece together the house and the background then zig-zagged it all together. I then added Madison with her box of books to the front. I found that the vivid colours of the Copics on the image against the soft coloured background just didn't work, so I brought in the sign as an extra element to have the vivid blue, I think it balanced it out a bit, what do you think?

If you fancy a go at Adele's stitching challenge please take a trip to Dottie's world.

It's fabulous Lou. I love that funky house and the sewing around the windows.

Re the comment on my blog: Why do I need Nestabilities? Well as I sell them I decided that I needed to try some in case one of my customers asked for advice ;-)
