Dottie's World Challenge

Crikey it's that time again!

Don't the weeks go fast when you're off work!

It's Adele's turn to set the challenge this week and there's a free gift for everyone who plays along! here's the low down.....

Black, white and a splash of .........COLOUR!!!I want your creations this week to be only 3 colours. Black, white and one colour of your choice. You can use as many tones of grey and of your chosen colour and you can obviously use a skintone and haircolour but that's it.

I have to admit to being puzzled at first but you know what? it ended up being such a fab challenge for me, that's what's so great about challenges isn't it? It takes you out of your comfort zone.

So here's what I came up with, a non-Christmas card from the Christmas collection! LOL

Not an ounce of patterned paper in sight but you know what? I quite like the effect.

Here's a close up...

I love it Lou. Perfect card for many occasions. Who needs patterned paper when you have raw talent like yours? xxx

It's great - Soldier George reminds me of the set of wooden toy soldiers I had to play with when I was little. Love him!

I think patterned paper would have been too distracting on this card - makes the sentiment more meaningful like this!

Brilliant! Ruth xx
